Custom Flavors

Founded in 2000 and headquartered in San Clemente, California, Custom Flavors is a developer and
manufacturer of premium liquid and powdered flavor solutions. The Company’s formulation capabilities are
purposely built for higher-complexity segments of the flavors market including functional foods, protein & nutrition
bars, gummies & nutraceuticals, and better-for-you snacks where strong modulation and masking are critical in
applications containing high protein, high fiber, or other functional ingredients with off-notes. These capabilities
have established Custom Flavors as an innovation partner of choice for many of the most recognizable and fast
growing health & nutrition brands in North America.

With a newly opened, state-of-the-art facility in Concord, North Carolina, which began operations in early 2026, in
addition to its primary San Clemente, California facilities, Custom Flavors has established a bi-coastal
manufacturing footprint that positions it to serve customers at scale across the United States.

Through the investment, Butterfly and Graham have created a dedicated flavor platform backing Custom Flavors
alongside Target Flavors, a full-service flavor house that Graham has partnered with since late 2025. The
Company will continue to be led by CEO Alex Wendling, alongside co-founders Mike Wendling and Steve Bishop.
